Candidates should be a BE/ME degree in Architecture with 2-7 years of experience in engineering designs, layout in real estate organization. Should possess thorough knowledge of technicalities of high rise. Responsibilities include co-ordinating with consultants, verification and providing alternatives of conceptual to working drawings and release of drawing to sites.

Candidate should be a BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2-7 years of hands on experience in overall start to finish execution of large real estate projects. Responsibilities include timely scheduling of all activities pertaining to building and infrastructure development, co-ordinating with various agencies for material and work. Through knowledge of construction work especially high rise building is essential. Strong co-ordination skills and a drive to meet deadlines are essential.

Candidates should hold a BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2-7 years of experience in estimating resource needs viz. Quantities, cost, etc from drawings. Responsibilities include preparation of budgets and cost estimates pertaining to real estate. Especially high rise projects, from commencement to conclusion.

Candidate should hold a BE/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2-7 years of experience in procurement of raw material, vendor development, procurement of contracts, co-ordination with suppliers for uninterrupted material flow at sites. Candidates with experience in billing processes may also apply for billing positions.

Candidate should be BE (Mech) with 2-8 years of experience in a large chemical / petrochemical / pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Experience should include operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant utilities including chilled water plants, brine, nitrogen, cooling towers, and other auxiliaries. Experience in maintenance of plant equipment like reactors, gearbox, glass line reactors, pumps, centrifuges, HVAC systems, etc. is required. Should have demonstrated skills in energy conservation. Knowledge of ISO and SAP is desired.
